The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm. The printed solid color is a bright maroon red, with a CMYK of 23 100 58 18. This color is represented by the mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink, in the proportion indicated in the CMYK. The result is an intense and vibrant tone that combines perfectly with neutral tones such as black and white, as well as with lighter tones such as pink, beige, or gold.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it was not dyed but printed. Its texture is soft and elastic, in addition to being chlorine resistant and having a very high UV protection factor of 50+. It is a sustainable and recycled fabric, GRS certified, which can be used for various applications such as scrunchies, swimsuits, and bikinis, among others.
It is important to note that to maintain the quality of the fabric, certain care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, and avoiding the use of tumble dryers.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which allows the transfer of ink through heat and pressure, providing greater accuracy and definition of designs. With this technique, colors are permanently fixed on the fabric, resulting in excellent quality and durability in printing.
