The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, 190 gr/m2, in a solid color printed in a refractory brick-red hue, with a CMYK of 16 87 71 6. This color is characterized by being deep and vibrant, with a warm note that evokes the nature of clay and stone. Due to its proximity to orange, it combines particularly well with yellow and brown tones, generating harmonious and elegant contrasts. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which ensures high precision and durability of the design.
The Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2 base fabric has a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, which makes it very elastic and with excellent recovery. It is soft to the touch and features a chlorine-resistant finish, as well as a high UV protection factor, which guarantees a long lifespan and great resistance in fashion, sports, or swimwear applications. The applications and uses of this fabric are varied and include everything from fashion creations and accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies, to sports or swimwear such as bikinis or swimsuits. Thanks to its timeless character and its GRS certification, which supports its sustainability as it is made with recycled materials, it is a safe and responsible option.
Care for this base fabric includes not bleaching it, a washing temperature not exceeding 40ºC, low-temperature ironing, and avoiding the use of tumble dryers. Additionally, it is important to note that the garment does not allow dry cleaning to avoid damaging the integrity of the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which means that the color is impregnated into the fiber of the fabric instead of being deposited on the surface with dyes. This allows colors to be brighter, more defined, and more durable, especially in elastic fabrics such as Recycled Lycra - Recycled.
