The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, a lycra composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is light orange with a CMYK of 9 26 47 1. This color is characterized by its softness and warmth, adding a touch of vitality and energy to the garment. It combines perfectly with other warm tones such as red, yellow, or brown.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the printed surface is smooth and not textured. Lycra is characterized by its elasticity, chlorine resistance, and a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
This fabric is suitable for various applications, such as making sportswear like bikinis or swimsuits, as well as for making hair ties and scrunchies. It can also be used in making fashion swimwear.
The care instructions for the fabric are to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry. Dry cleaning is not permitted.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing a design on paper with special inks and then transferring them to the fabric using heat and pressure, producing a high-quality and durable print.
