The base fabric for this description is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, and its plain printed color is a vibrant orange with a construction cone also in orange. The CMYK of the printed color is 14 52 100 4, which translates to a high percentage of yellow and magenta and a small amount of cyan and black. This orange combines well with warm colors such as yellow, earthy tones, and red-oranges, as well as cooler colors like turquoise and apple green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is printed directly onto the fabric surface in a single pass. The 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra is a soft and elastic fabric, resistant to chlorine, and with a very high UV protection factor of 50+. Furthermore, due to its polyester and elastane composition, it is ideal for sportswear and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, as well as accessories like hair ties and scrunchies.
To care for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum of 40ºC, do not dry clean it, and iron it at a cool temperature. Additionally, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which uses special inks that turn into gas when subjected to high temperatures and pressure. This gas penetrates the fabric fibers and solidifies, creating a durable design resistant to fading and washing.
