Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2

The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, with a composition of 85% Polyester and 15% Elastane. The solid color printed is a Mango Orange, whose color attributes are Cyan: 12, Magenta: 37, Yellow: 68, Black: 2 and a CMYK of 12 37 68 2. This secondary color is cheerful, youthful and energetic, and combines perfectly with white, black, blue and green, giving freshness to any design. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side.

The 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra is a soft, elastic, and chlorine-resistant fabric, in addition to having a very high UPF protection factor of 50+. This fabric is ideal for swimwear and fashion, especially for bikinis and swimsuits, but can also be used for making hair ties and scrunchies. Its GRS certification and its sustainability as a recycled fabric make it a really attractive and environmentally friendly option.

Regarding care, it is important to mention that this garment is not suitable for dry cleaning and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, it should not be bleached, tumble dried, and ironing should be at a cool temperature. If these care instructions are followed, the fabric will have greater durability over time.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process uses sublimation ink that is applied to transfer paper, which is then placed in direct contact with the fabric. When subjected to high temperatures in a heat press, the ink turns into vapor and adheres to the fabric fibers, creating a permanent finish. This process allows printing designs with great detail and high color fidelity, ideal for personalized and high-quality prints.
