Recycled Lycra is a soft and elastic fabric composed of 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane. It has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Bronze Orange, with a CMYK of 20 58 100 9. This color is a warm and bright tone that conveys energy. It combines well with earthy and gray tones to create elegant and harmonious palettes.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing. Thanks to this printing technology, high design quality and exceptional durability are achieved in the fabric.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, we highlight its softness to the touch, the elasticity provided by the elastane and its resistance to chlorine, which makes it ideal for swimwear. In addition, it has a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it a safe option for outdoor sports.
Recycled Lycra is perfect for multiple applications and uses. In addition to use in swimwear, it is ideal for making scrunchies and hair ties. It can also be used in the making of swimsuits and bikinis, as well as in the manufacture of fashion clothing in general.
It is important to take into account the specific care this fabric needs to keep it in perfect condition. It should not be bleached or dry cleaned. It is recommended to machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C and iron at a low temperature. In addition, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows an image or design to be transferred directly to the fabric permanently and resistant to washing. In addition, as it is not a dyeing process, high precision in color and design details is achieved.
