The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is an olive green, achieved by using cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks in a proportion of 40, 31, 100, and 15 respectively, with a CMYK of 40 31 100 15. This color is characterized by being elegant, sophisticated, and natural, ideal for sportswear and swimwear designs. It combines very well with colors like brown, beige, and gold.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The fabric texture is soft and elastic, making it comfortable and pleasant to the touch. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor 50+, which makes it ideal for creating swimwear and sportswear.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, scrunchies and hair ties stand out, as well as the manufacture of sports and fashion bikinis and swimsuits. It is also suitable for creating other diverse garments due to its softness, elasticity, and resistance.
It is important to consider the following care instructions for the fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. These care instructions are essential to maintain the quality of the fabric and prolong its lifespan.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the design on transfer paper with sublimation ink and transferring it through heat to the base fabric. This process guarantees high print quality and long-lasting printed color. In summary, the 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra base fabric is an excellent option for creating sportswear and swimwear, with an elegant and sophisticated olive green color printed using the sublimation technique.
