The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, 190 gr/m2, which is a lycra composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane with a grammage of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric is printed in midnight black with the following CMYK values: 71 85 54 89. This color stands out for its elegance, sophistication, and timelessness, being a very versatile color that can be combined with a wide variety of colors. In particular, it can be noted that the colors that best combine with midnight black are red, pink, purple, yellow, and white.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for the general characteristics, it can be highlighted that the fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable in contact with the skin. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection 50+ due to its UPF finish.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, the following applications and uses can be highlighted: scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits, and all those products that require a fabric with good elasticity, resistance, and UV protection. In addition, this fabric can be used in the manufacture of sportswear.
As for care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning. It is advisable to iron at a cold temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring a digital image to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for high color definition and a durable and resistant finish.
