Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2

This recycled Lycra base fabric is a highly elastic and soft-to-the-touch fabric, with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane and a weight of 190 gr/m2. The fabric colors are yellow and deer brown, with a CMYK content of 9 23 59 1. The secondary deer brown color provides a warm and natural feel, and combines perfectly with dark greens, browns, and mustards.

The fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is printed directly onto the fabric surface without the need for dyeing, making it more durable and resistant to sunlight. In addition, this printing technique achieves precision and quality in the printed image, as well as a wide variety of colors.

Its general characteristics include chlorine resistance and very high UV protection, with a factor of 50+. These qualities make it ideal for swimwear and sportswear. Also, thanks to its elasticity and soft touch, it is perfect for making hair ties and scrunchies.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at cool temperatures, and do not tumble dry to maintain its properties.

As for the printing technology, it is done by sublimation, which is a thermal transfer printing technique in which ink pigments go from solid to gaseous state without an intermediate liquid, achieving exceptional image quality and allowing printing on a wide variety of textiles.
