Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2

The base fabric is a recycled Lycra of 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and GRS certification. The solid printed color is a beer yellow, with a CMYK of 11 33 73 2. This secondary color is a blend of warm yellow tones with a soft touch of brown, resembling the shade of beer, with a soft and well-achieved appearance. It combines well with earth tones, beige, and green.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the printing is done directly on the fabric surface and only on the visible side, achieving a uniform and high-quality finish. The fabric is extremely soft to the touch, with great elasticity and chlorine resistance, as well as very high UV protection.

Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses stand out, which include hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits, and swimwear in general, as well as for fashion clothing pieces. Its elasticity and resistance make it suitable for water sports, in addition to its sustainable design, as it is 100% recycled.

To care for the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at no more than 40°C, do not use bleach, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry. Avoid dry cleaning.

The printing technology used is polyester sublimation, which consists of transferring a high-quality image from a digital printer to the fabric surface through heat and pressure processes. This method allows for the production of fabrics with personalized designs and a wide variety of colors, quickly and efficiently.
