The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, 190 gr/m2, made of 85% POLYESTER and 15% ELASTANE, with a grammage of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a combination of green and light rose green, with a CMYK of 24 4 22 0. This secondary color evokes nature and has a certain feeling of freshness and vitality. This shade of green combines perfectly with other natural tones, such as beige and brown, and also with more vibrant tones such as pinks, fuchsias, and oranges.
The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side. This means that the color is applied and fixed to the surface of the fabric and the fiber itself has not been dyed. Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable to wear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection UPF 50+.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we highlight others such as hair ties and scrunchies, in addition to the more traditional ones in sports and swimwear fashion, such as bikinis and swimsuits. In fashion, this fabric can be used for fitted sportswear, leggings, and tops that require a comfortable and durable fabric. It is also suitable for manufacturing swimwear and lingerie.
It is important to note that the indicated care instructions must be followed to ensure the durability of the fabric. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, this fabric is produced using sublimation printing technology in its POLYESTER version, which allows the colors to be very bright and long-lasting. Sublimation involves applying ink to special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process ensures that the colors do not fade, run, or crack, and helps the fabric maintain its elasticity and softness after printing.
