The Recycled Lycra - Recycled base fabric, weighing 190 gr/m2, is a soft and elastic fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its width is 150 cm and its weight is 190 gr/m2. The plain printed color is soft ivory white, with a CMYK mix of 1 1 9 0. This secondary color is a soft, warm tone that combines well with darker tones such as browns and grays, and with brighter colors such as reds and oranges.
It is important to note that the base fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which allows for a sharp and defined design. The fabrics texture is soft and elastic, with finishes resistant to chlorine and with very high UV protection 50+. Furthermore, this fabric is sustainable and recycled, certified with GRS.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we can find hair ties and scrunchies, swimsuits and bikinis, as well as swimwear and fashion garments. Its flexibility and water resistance make it a suitable fabric for sportswear and water activities.
For its care, it is important not to use bleaches and to wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC. It is recommended not to use dry cleaning or tumble drying. Ironing temperature should be cool.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink to paper and then to the fabric using heat and pressure. This printing method allows for a high level of detail and definition in the printed design.
