The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The solid printed color is olive green, with the following CMYK ink content: 40 29 100 13. This color evokes nature, calm, and balance, being symbolically representative of hope, harmony, and stability. Technically, the combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink pigments achieves this olive green tone, which can be combined particularly with muted tones such as soft beiges, earthy oranges, or bluish-grays.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, and it is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric is characterized by being soft to the touch and elastic, chlorine-resistant, and offering very high UV protection of factor 50+. These characteristics are complemented by those of the printed color, which stands out for good color fastness and brightness.
The 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra fabric can be used in different applications and uses, such as hair ties, scrunchies, swimsuits, and bikinis, among others. This fabric is ideal for sportswear or swimwear, adapting perfectly to the body and offering comfort and flexibility. Furthermore, the fact that it is a recycled fabric makes it a sustainable and environmentally conscious option.
It is important to note that to properly care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid dry cleaning, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. By following these instructions, the quality and durability of the fabric will be maintained.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process by which colors are impregnated into the fabric fibers through heat and pressure, guaranteeing a high-quality finish and superior durability.
