The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is fern green, achieved by combining cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks in a CMYK of 59, 36, 100, and 26 respectively. This color evokes nature and tranquility, and harmoniously combines with other shades of green, dark blue, and soft yellow.
The base fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, making it perfect for swimwear and sportswear thanks to its chlorine-resistant finish and Very High UV protection 50+. Additionally, it holds GRS certification and uses recycled fabrics for more sustainable production. The plain color is vibrant and durable, digitally printed on one side for optimal quality.
The applications and uses of this base fabric are varied, from hair ties and scrunchies to bikinis and swimsuits. It is also ideal for making fashion swimwear due to its elasticity and water resistance. Furthermore, its fern green tone is perfect for natural or summery themed designs.
It is important to note the specific care instructions to maintain the quality of this fabric, including no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, and no tumble drying. Additionally, the garment does not allow dry cleaning.
This base fabric is manufactured with sublimation printing technology, which uses polyester ink to achieve a durable and high-quality print. The ink is printed on special paper, which is placed on the fabric and subjected to heat and pressure to transfer the design. This process allows for great precision in the design and a wide range of custom colors and patterns.
