The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The plain printed color is a dark green called DarkSeaGreen, with a CMYK of 48 9 41 0. This color conveys calm and freshness, and harmoniously combines with light green, grey, and white tones. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which adds a high-quality and high-definition finish.
The base fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which allows it to adapt to the body and provide comfort to the user. Likewise, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor 50+, which guarantees optimal durability and safety in the garments made. The plain printed color has a uniform intensity and tone thanks to digital textile printing technology.
The applications and uses of this base fabric are varied and range from scrunchies to swimsuits and sports leggings. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is ideal for sportswear and swimwear, while its softness makes it perfect for fashion garments. In addition, the fact that it is a recycled and sustainable fabric contributes to caring for the environment.
It is important to consider the specific care instructions for this fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry cleaning, ironing at a cold temperature, and not tumble drying. This ensures a long useful life for garments made with this fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of printing the design on special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows the printed color to penetrate the fabric, guaranteeing high quality and durability of the print.
