The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is mint green, with a CMYK of 29 5 17 0. This color brings freshness and naturalness to any design, being perfect for swimwear and sportswear. It combines with earthy tones, navy blue, and fuchsia, among others. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra has a soft and elastic texture and is finished to be chlorine resistant and offer very high UV protection 50+. It is suitable for making swimwear and sportswear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, and scrunchies, as well as for general fashion. In addition, it is a sustainable fabric as it is recycled and has GRS certification.
To maintain the quality and durability of the fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which, through the use of inks and a heat press, transfers the image from paper to fabric. This process allows for the printing of high-quality, wash-resistant designs.
