Description

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a grammage of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a mix of green and teal with a CMYK of 84 25 53 9. This color has a natural and fresh vibe, evoking the tones of turquoise seas and tropical islands. It pairs especially well with blue, brown, or beige tones to create a relaxing atmosphere and contrasting touches. The fabric is digitally printed on one side using textile digital printing.

The base fabric is soft to the touch and chlorine-resistant, with a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The elastane in the fabrics composition gives it an elastic touch for greater wearing comfort. The printed solid color is vibrant and durable, thanks to the sublimation technology used in its printing.

The fabric has a wide range of applications, including scrunchies, swimsuits and bikinis, and general swimwear, as well as other various sportswear and summer fashion. Its medium weight makes it light enough to stay cool but resistant enough to withstand moisture and frequent use.

The fabric requires certain care to prolong its useful life, including washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, no bleaching, no dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding tumble dryers. These precautions ensure that the fabric maintains its shape and color over time.

The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which means it is printed on a garment previously coated with polyester. The ink is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, allowing the ink to penetrate the polyester fibers for greater durability and sharpness in details. This printing method is dry, which minimizes environmental impact compared to other dyeing techniques that often require large amounts of water and energy.
