The base fabric, Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2, is a lycra fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. With 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, the fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, with chlorine resistance that guarantees its durability over time. The base color, Mint Green, has a CMYK of 59 13 35 1, which makes it fresh and vibrant. It combines especially well with colors like white, gray, and light pink. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft and elastic texture, its chlorine resistance, and its very high UV protection of 50+. The fabric is ideal for making garments such as bikinis, swimsuits, and scrunchies, and its use can be extended to other products thanks to its elasticity and durability.
To preserve the quality of the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, and not to use bleach or dry cleaning. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not allowed.
The Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2 fabric is printed using sublimation technology, which consists of applying hot and vaporized ink onto the fabric, which adheres to the fibers of the fabric to create a durable and wash-resistant print. This technique offers a high quality finish and allows complex and detailed designs to be reproduced with great precision.
