The base fabric, Recycled Lycra - Recycled of 190 gr/m2, is a sustainable lycra with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a composition of 85% POLYESTER and 15% ELASTANE. The solid color printed on this fabric is Light Blue, with a CMYK of 25 4 6 0. This color is characterized by being a soft and relaxing tone, which evokes feelings of tranquility and serenity. It combines very well with other pastel tones such as pink and lilac.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing. This means that the printing is done directly on the fabric, which allows for uniform and vibrant colors in a single pass.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, its soft and elastic texture stands out, which provides excellent comfort and freedom of movement. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, which makes it ideal for use in swimwear and sportswear.
The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric of 190 gr/m2 is used in various applications and uses, such as hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits and swimwear in general. Thanks to its elasticity and comfort, it is also used in sportswear and fashion in general.
It is important to take into account certain care to maintain the quality of this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C, ironing at a cold temperature, not allowing dry cleaning and avoiding tumble drying.
The printing technology with which the fabric is manufactured is sublimation (polyester), which allows obtaining vibrant, uniform and highly durable colors on the fabric. This technique consists of printing the design on transfer paper using special inks and then fusing it with the fabric through high temperatures and pressure, which makes the design permanently fixed on the fabric.
