The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and a grammage of 190 gr/m2. The plain printed color is a Silk Blue, with a CMYK of 72 34 2 0. This secondary color conveys calmness, elegance, and sophistication, and pairs very well with sand, cream, or ivory tones. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
Lycra is soft to the touch and elastic, making it very comfortable for sportswear and swimwear. It features chlorine-resistant finishes and very high UV protection 50+. Additionally, the fabric has GRS certification and is sustainable as it is recycled. The main uses and applications are for hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits, making it ideal for swimwear and sportswear. It is important to consider the washing care, avoiding bleaching and washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry cleaning, not tumble drying, and ironing with a cool temperature.The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows designs to be sharp, resistant, and durable over time. Furthermore, it is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side, which gives it higher quality in appearance and color.
