Description

The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed color is Lapis Lazuli Blue, with 100% cyan inks, 81% magenta, 25% yellow, and 9% black, resulting in a CMYK of 100 81 25 9. This color offers a feeling of depth and mystery, evoking the gemstone of the same name. Lapis Lazuli color combines especially well with white, ivory, gold, yellow, and orange. The base fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, which gives us high image quality and long-lasting color.

This Recycled Lycra fabric has several outstanding features, such as its soft and elastic feel, chlorine resistance, and very high UV protection of 50+. In addition, it is GRS certified and considered sustainable as it is made with recycled materials. Regarding its applications and uses, it adapts to a wide variety such as scrunchies and hair ties, as well as for sports swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, and also for fashion clothing such as swimsuits.

As for its care, it is recommended not to use bleach and wash at a maximum of 40ºC. It should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried, and ironing should be done at low temperatures. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure the durability of the printed fabric.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation with polyester. This printing method is carried out by transferring ink from a paper support to the garment, so that the image will be printed on the surface of the fabric through heat and pressure, achieving high definition and sharpness of the image. Digital printing allows the reproduction of complex images and full-color designs, which makes possible the creation of unique and personalized fabrics.
