Description

The 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra fabric is a Lycra-type fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is an off-white tone, with Cyan ink having a value of 5, Magenta of 3, Yellow of 4, and Black of 0, for a CMYK of 5 3 4 0. This secondary color is a creamy and soft white, comparable to the natural color of cotton fabric.

The image printed on a Recycled Lycra fabric combines very well with grays and shades of oat or beige, as well as with pastel tones such as light pink and aqua green. Likewise, it perfectly matches darker tones such as navy blue and black, highlighting the delicacy of the printed image. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing technology.

The base fabric has a soft and elastic texture, is chlorine-resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for use in swimwear. Similarly, due to its characteristics, it is suitable for making scrunchies and hair ties, as well as for sewing sportswear and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, and fashion items like fitted dresses and skirts.

It is important to follow specific care instructions for this type of fabric, avoiding bleaching and dry cleaning. The garment can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, but should not be tumble dried and should be ironed at a cool temperature.

The printing technology used to manufacture this base fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process involves printing on special paper and transferring the design to the fabric using heat and pressure. Sublimation allows for precise and high-quality reproduction of designs, providing a durable and wash-resistant finish.
