The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 in solid Bakers Brown with a CMYK of 40 61 80 53. This color has a dark brown hue with a reddish touch that evokes nature and earth. Combined with other colors, it can be used in fashion patterns and interior design, for example with golden, orange, and earthy tones.
The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but digitally printed. This allows for a wide range of designs and high print quality.
The base fabric has a soft texture, is elastic, chlorine-resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+. It is composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, which gives it both resistance and elasticity.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are lingerie, bodysuits, sportswear, bikinis, tights and leggings, swimsuits, and leotards. In addition, being sustainable and recycled, it is a good option for responsible fashion.
Care instructions for this fabric are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). Sublimation is a process in which the ink evaporates directly onto the fabric and turns into gas to solidify again on the fabric, resulting in high-quality and durable printing.
