The base fabric is 230 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The solid printed color is brown with a CMYK of 29 55 96 24. This color symbolizes stability, durability, and resistance, and technically speaking, its strong cyan and yellow inks make it ideal for combining with other browns, greens, and oranges. In addition, its chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection ensure the garments durability and protection. It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side.
The general characteristics of this base fabric are its texture, feel, and elasticity, which make it ideal for manufacturing lingerie, sportswear (swimsuits, leggings, leotards), as well as swimwear and fashion in general. The application of the solid color on this fabric makes it perfect for printing custom patterns and designs.
Among its care instructions, it is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached, dry cleaned, tumble dried, or ironed at high temperatures; the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for a wide range of high-quality colors and designs, in addition to achieving a sharp and wear-resistant print.
