The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The plain printed color is an intense pink, similar to a pink daisy, with a CMYK of 14 53 40 3. This color transmits energy, vitality, and a visually pleasing effect. It combines very well with other pink tones and neutrals such as white or light gray.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. This technique allows for the reproduction of full-color designs with great precision and definition, with high resistance to wear and the intensity of washing, while maintaining the softness and elastic texture of the base fabric.
The characteristics of the base fabric include its texture, feel, and elasticity, making it ideal for garments such as lingerie, swimwear, or leggings. In addition, it has special finishes that make it chlorine-resistant and with a very high UPF, which makes it perfect for outdoor sports apparel.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very wide, from lingerie items to mens, womens, and childrens swimwear and sportswear, such as leotards, bikinis, swimsuits, or leggings. Its use is ideal for both winter and summer seasons, due to its durability and resistance.
It is important to consider the specific care instructions for this fabric, which does not allow bleaching or dry cleaning. A maximum washing temperature of 40ºC and cold ironing are recommended. Also, it is important to avoid using tumble dryers to maintain the fabrics properties.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which allows for full-color designs to be printed on polyester fabrics. Sublimation consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure, which produces a complete penetration of the ink into the fabric and maximum color fixation, guaranteeing long durability and high color saturation.
