Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a grammage of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Grapefruit Orange, with a CMYK of 16 77 92 5. This color is characterized by being a vibrant and cheerful tone that evokes vitality and energy. It combines well with other warm tones such as yellow, red, and pink, as well as with more neutral tones such as white, gray, and black.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink is transferred directly onto the surface of the fabric through a sublimation process that guarantees its durability and resistance to wear and washing.

Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it is elastic and soft to the touch, with a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. This makes it an ideal fabric for swimwear, sportswear, and lingerie, as well as for womens, mens, and childrens leotards and leggings.

Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. Additionally, the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which uses specialized ink to transfer images and designs onto the surface of the fabric through a process of heat and pressure.
