Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its solid color is Cantaloupe Orange, with a CMYK of 11 41 59 2. This color is characterized by a light and vibrant orange hue, with a yellowish and orangish tint, which combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white or black, or similar colors such as green or yellow.

It should be noted that the base fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, so it is important to take care of it to ensure that the color does not fade. This fabric has an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish with a very high UV Protection Factor (50+), which makes it ideal for sports, swimwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel.

In addition, this recycled fabric is GRS certified, which means it is sustainable and environmentally friendly. As for its applications and uses, apart from those mentioned above, it is frequently used for garments such as leotards, tights, leggings, and sports swimsuits.

Regarding the care instructions for this base fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean or tumble dry, and iron it at a cool temperature.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing an image on transfer paper using special inks and then transferring that image to the base fabric with heat and pressure. This process guarantees high print quality and great durability and resistance to washing and use.
