Description

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 in orange, with an orange cone construction, whose CMYK is 12 41 73 2. The color orange is symbolically warm and vibrant, suggesting energy and vitality. Technically, it has high contrast and saturation, which means it is easily recognizable and eye-catching. Orange combines especially well with complementary colors such as blue and green, harmonious colors such as yellow and red, and earthy tones such as brown.

The fabric is printed with solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the ink is printed directly on the surface of the fabric in a single layer and that no dye is fixed in the fabric. This allows detailed prints to be achieved with vivid and precise colors, in addition to allowing the base fabric to maintain its original elasticity.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it is elastic and soft to the touch, resistant to chlorine, and has high UV protection. The applications of the fabric are multiple, but it is mainly used in garments such as lingerie, sportswear and swimwear, for both women and men, and in garments such as leggings or leotards.

Regarding fabric care, it should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, dry cleaning is not allowed, ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not allowed.

The printing technology used to manufacture the fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves printing an image on transfer paper printed with sublimable ink, and then heat-transferring it to the fabric. The sublimable ink is activated under high temperatures to become gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric, creating a high-quality and durable print.
