Description

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a grammage of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Light Orange, with an ink content of 8% cyan, 19% magenta, 55% yellow, and 0% black, reflected in its CMYK: 8 19 55 0. This shade provides a warm and cheerful feeling, evoking the vitality of the sun and fruits. It is a secondary color, being a mixture of yellow and red, and pairs well with blue, green, and brown tones.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. The texture is elastic and soft to the touch, with a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The base fabric is primarily used for manufacturing sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and tights. Additionally, thanks to its sustainability and GRS certification, it is ideal for brands seeking an environmental and ethical approach in their products.

To care for the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not bleach, do not dry clean or tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods.

The printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which involves applying heat and pressure to sublimable ink to transfer it to the fabric, resulting in high-definition and durable printing. This technique allows for the reproduction of designs with great detail and precision, making it one of the most widely used printing techniques in the manufacture of sportswear and high-quality fabrics.
