Description

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its solid printed color is Gold Orange Yellow, formed by a combination of cyan ink (9), magenta (25), yellow (91), and black (1), reflecting a CMYK of 9 25 91 1. This shade evokes the sun, warmth, and optimism. It pairs well with turquoise, sky blue, light gray, and white.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high quality and precision in the print. The texture is elastic and soft to the touch, providing great comfort when worn. The fabric features a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for use in sportswear and swimwear.

Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, is commonly used in the manufacture of lingerie, bodysuits, sportswear, bikinis, swimsuits, tights, and leggings, as well as in swimwear and garments for water sports. Its degree of elasticity and softness makes it useful for creating athletic and fashion garments that require a comfortable and snug fit.

It is important to follow several care instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 40°C, not dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that allows the transfer of a printed image from transfer paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. The ink turns into gas at high temperatures and penetrates the fabric fibers, which prevents the image from peeling off and ensures that the color is durable and resistant to fading.
