The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is Garnet Red, composed of a CMYK ink mix: 27 80 73 24. This color conveys intensity and passion, and combines perfectly with gray, white, and black tones.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees high image quality and wash resistance. The fabric is characterized by its elastic texture and its chlorine-resistant finish with very high UV protection 50+. This fabric is suitable for making lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, and tight-fitting garments such as tights and leggings.
Fabric care is essential to maintain its quality and durability. It is recommended to wash at no more than 40°C and not use a tumble dryer. In addition, bleaching and dry cleaning should be avoided. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
The base fabric has GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification, which indicates that this fabric is sustainable and made from recycled materials. The printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which guarantees high image quality and durability, as the ink chemically bonds with the polyester fiber, preventing loss of color and texture during washing.
