The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 of Lycra type, composed of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is a combination of White and Pearl, with a Cyan ink of 3, Magenta of 9, Yellow of 2 and Black of 0 and a CMYK of 3 9 2 0. This secondary color presents a light and soft tone, which combines especially well with pastel and neutral tones, being very versatile for sportswear, swimwear and lingerie in the current market.
The base fabric printed with this plain color on one side using digital textile printing technology, presents elastic texture and soft touch, besides being chlorine resistant and offering very high UV protection 50+. The Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric is a sustainable option as it has GRS certification, which guarantees the traceability of recycled materials used in its manufacture, thus promoting environmental care.
According to the attributes of the base fabric, it is used in lingerie garments, sportswear such as leotards, tights and leggings, swimsuits and bikinis, as well as in swimwear and fashion. This fabric is timeless, being a versatile and durable option for sports and swimwear, as well as being suitable for the creation of swimwear and streetwear.
It is important to consider the special care required by the Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric. It should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature should be 40ºC, it should not be dry cleaned, it can be ironed at a cold temperature and a tumble dryer should not be used to dry the garment.
The printing technology used to print this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows a wide variety of colors and designs, allowing garments to be customized according to the needs and tastes of the client. This digital textile printing process offers greater customization options than other printing methods, especially on flexible fabrics such as Recycled Lycra - Seal.
