Description

The base fabric, Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, is a lycra composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has an elastic texture and feel, with a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UPF (UV protection factor) of 50+. The solid color printed is Grape Purple, with a Cyan ink of 60, a Magenta ink of 51, a Yellow ink of 11, and a Black ink of 1, to obtain a CMYK of 60 51 11 1. This secondary color is elegant and sophisticated, and combines especially well with colors such as white, black, and gray.

This fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but digitally printed on a single side. This technique allows for more precise and detailed color reproduction, creating unique and vibrant designs.

The applications and uses of this base fabric are diverse, from lingerie and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits to sportswear such as tights, leggings, and leotards. It is also used in mens, womens, and childrens swimwear and sportswear. The GRS certification and recycled sustainability of the fabric make it an environmentally friendly option.

To maintain the quality of the fabric, certain care and precautions must be followed, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, not using bleach, avoiding dry cleaning and tumble drying, ironing at low temperature, and avoiding any direct exposure to sunlight.

Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which uses polyester as a substrate to achieve ink fixation on the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. This technique allows for high-quality design reproduction and ensures that colors maintain their vibrancy and durability after printing.
