The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, with a composition of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE. The solid color printed is Purple and Navy Purple, obtained through the sublimation technique in the printing process. The CMYK of the solid color is 80 73 22 7, which provides a rich and vibrant tone to the fabric.
The secondary color has a warm and attractive personality, conveying calmness and harmony. It combines perfectly with softer tones such as white, pink and pale yellow, as well as with darker shades such as red, brown and black. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, providing exceptional print quality.
The base fabric has exceptional characteristics in terms of texture, touch, elasticity, and chlorine resistance. In addition, it has a UPF (UV Protection Factor) finish of Very High UV Protection 50+, which makes it ideal for manufacturing fashion and sportswear. The fabric is very versatile and is commonly used for making lingerie, bodysuits, bikinis, swimsuits, leggings, leotards, and various sports garments.
It is important to note the specific care for this fabric, which includes avoiding bleaching, machine washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cold temperature, and not tumble drying. This fabric should not be dry cleaned.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which is a process that involves high temperatures to transfer ink from paper to fabric. This process ensures high-quality printing, high color fidelity, and durability over time. In addition, it is a sustainable technique because it uses less water and energy than other printing processes. In summary, the base fabric and its solid printed color of Purple and Navy Purple are modern and versatile, providing a high-quality fabric ideal for a wide range of applications and uses in the world of fashion and sports.
