The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 and its plain color is Cornflower Blue, with a CMYK of 62 41 8 0. This color is luminous and fresh, with a soft and attractive hue. It combines very well with earth tones, beige, and light grays, highlighting its freshness and elegance. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color does not completely penetrate the fabric, allowing the texture and feel to be more defined.
The base fabric has an elastic texture, is chlorine-resistant, and has Very High UV protection 50+. It is composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, which gives it great flexibility and comfort. Likewise, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric, as it has GRS certification and is made with recycled materials.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are lingerie, bodysuits, sports swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, leotards, and sports leggings. In addition, due to its elegant color and soft texture, it can also be used for fashion swimwear.
Regarding care, it is necessary to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not use bleach, and do not dry clean. It also cannot be tumble dried and it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of printing the image on special paper using sublimable inks, and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. In this way, a high-quality and resistant image is obtained, which does not wear out over time or with use. This printing method is widely used in the manufacture of sports and swimwear fabrics, as it allows for a wide variety of designs and colors with high-quality finishes.
