The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, a lycra composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Ice Blue Glacial Blue, whose attributes are given by a CMYK of 63 21 17 1. This color is a soft and fresh tone, inspired by the icy tones of nature. It combines perfectly with raw, pink and ochre tones.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is printed on the top of the fabric and the entire fabric is not dyed. The result is a crisp and durable print.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its texture, feel and elasticity, with chlorine resistant finishes and a very high sun protection factor, up to 50+. This makes it an ideal fabric for swimwear, sportswear and lingerie. Its GRS certification and recycled sustainability make this fabric a responsible and ecological option.
Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 is mainly used in the manufacture of lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikinis, tights and leggings. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is an ideal fabric for the production of sportswear for women, men and children.
It is important to note that this fabric requires certain specific care, such as not using bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature and avoiding the use of tumble dryers. In addition, it cannot be dry cleaned.
The technology used to print this fabric is polyester sublimation, which is applied by heat and pressure so that the color adheres permanently to the surface of the fabric. This provides superior print quality and great durability in the final garment.
