The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. It comes in a width of 150 cm and is chlorine resistant and has very high UV protection 50+. The solid printed color is a banana yellow with 21% cyan ink, 6% magenta ink, 94% yellow ink, and 0% black ink, which is represented in CMYK as 21 6 94 0. This color is vibrant and cheerful and combines well with other light colors such as white and soft grays to bring harmony and balance.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the printed color only covers one side of the fabric and does not penetrate it completely, giving a layer effect on the fabric. Recycled Lycra is an elastic, resistant and soft-touch fabric, which makes it suitable for all types of sports and fashion applications. In particular, it is ideal for products such as lingerie, leggings, swimwear, and leotards, due to its elasticity and water resistance, but it can also be used in other applications.
Among the care instructions to consider, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, avoid dry cleaning and air dry, reduce the temperature when ironing and do not tumble dry. In this way, it is ensured that the fabric remains in perfect condition for longer.
Recycled Lycra is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which allows the polyester-based ink to fuse with the fabric fibers, creating a sharp and high-quality image on one side of the fabric. This results in detailed resolution, color vibrancy, and higher quality printing than a dyed fabric. The printed fabric is durable and flexible, making it ideal for any type of application, whether sports or fashion.
