The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. The solid printed color is an intense blue, similar to lapis lazuli, achieved through a combination of CMYK inks: 100% cyan, 81% magenta, 25% yellow, and 9% black. This color harmonizes with warm tones like orange and yellow, and also pairs well with cool colors such as turquoise green and purple.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning the fabric is not dyed but rather printed on one surface. The Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, features specific characteristics that make it special, including its elastic texture and chlorine resistance, with a very high UV protection finish of 50+, making it ideal for swimwear or sportswear.
Regarding its applications and uses, we highlight its versatility, as it is a suitable fabric for lingerie, swimwear, sports leggings, leotards, and fashion clothing in general, for women, men, and children alike. On the other hand, we must consider some specific care instructions for the maintenance of this fabric, such as avoiding bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a printing process that converts pigments into a gas that penetrates the fabric fibers, ensuring superior quality and durability in the print. In short, the Recycled Lycra - Seal, 230 gr/m2, is a high-quality, resistant, and versatile fabric, offering a wide range of possibilities for the creation of garments with visual and technical impact.
