The base fabric is Microfiber for Towels - Swing, which is made of 100% polyester and has a weight of 200 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it is ideal for home textile or sports uses, especially in summer. The plain printed color is a beautiful lavender purple tone, created using sublimation technology with an ink composition of Cyan 39, Magenta 47, Yellow 5 and Black 0, with a CMYK of 39 47 5 0. This color is soft and pleasant to the touch, and combines well with a variety of colors, such as white, pink, gray and silver.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on only one side by digital textile printing. This means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather it is printed using high-quality digital technology, which ensures excellent definition of designs and colors.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can affirm that it is soft to the touch and smooth, making it very pleasant in contact with the skin. On the other hand, it has great wrinkle resistance and excellent durability. In addition, it is a highly versatile fabric, with multiple applications. In particular, it is commonly used in the manufacture of towels, kitchen cloths and sports bathrobes.
Regarding the care that must be taken to maintain the quality of the fabric, it is essential to follow the manufacturers recommendations, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not dry cleaning, not ironing and not tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring ink from a sheet of paper to the fabric using high temperature and pressure. This process guarantees excellent print quality and great color durability, which means that the printed color remains vibrant and attractive for a long time.
