The base fabric is Microfiber for Towel - Swing, 100% POLYESTER, with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed is Cantaloupe Orange, with a CMYK of 13 45 67 2. This solid color is an intense and vibrant orange tone, which evokes the vitality and energy of summer. Cantaloupe orange combines perfectly with other warm tones such as yellow, red or pink, as well as with neutral tones such as gray or white.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the ink is applied directly to the surface of the fabric precisely and detailed without penetrating the fibers.
The base fabric has a soft and smooth texture to the touch, making it ideal for home textile applications such as bath towels or kitchen cloths, as well as in the manufacture of sportswear such as bathrobes or beach towels. The Swing is also resistant and durable, making it ideal for daily use.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to use bleach. The garment should not be dry cleaned or ironed, and should not be tumble dried to avoid damaging the fabric fibers.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation. This process consists of printing the image on transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. Sublimation is used in polyester fabrics to obtain high-resolution, durable, and water-resistant images. In addition, sublimation allows a wide range of colors, tones, and textures to be obtained, which makes it a very versatile technique widely used in the textile industry.
