The base fabric for this description is Microfiber for Towels - Swing, a microfiber fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 200gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed is Purple, Dragon Purple, whose CMYK is composed of 20% Cyan inks, 39% Magenta inks, 4% Yellow inks and 0% Black ink. This color is characterized by being an intense, vibrant and exotic tone that evokes a real or fantastic dragon. This tone combines well with earthy tones, beige, white, gold, silver and olive green.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for its characteristics, the base fabric is characterized by having a soft and smooth texture, which makes it suitable for home textiles and sports applications. Likewise, its polyester composition makes it resistant to wear and moisture, making it a good option for making towels, bathrobes and dishcloths.
As for its applications and uses, the base fabric of this description lends itself to use in home textiles, such as towels, dishcloths or tablecloths, and also in sports textiles, such as towels or bathrobes. In particular, its use as a fabric for bath towels is highly recommended thanks to its ability to absorb moisture and its soft touch against the skin. In addition, its color is elegant and attractive, providing a touch of style to any bathroom.
It is important to consider the care required for this base fabric. The fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, without the use of bleach and is not suitable for ironing or tumble drying. The garment does not allow dry cleaning, so it is important to consider this limitation in the care of the fabric to preserve its color and softness.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is called sublimation (polyester). This printing method is ideal for polyester and microfiber fabrics, as it allows for high resolution printing and a durable result without altering the texture of the fabric. The process is carried out using special printers that print the desired design on transfer paper. Then, the paper is placed on the fabric, heat and pressure are applied, and the ink sublimates into the fabric, creating the final design. This printing process ensures high quality and durability of the print, making the fabric perfect for high-quality applications.
