This piece of fabric is a microfiber towel from the Swing line. It is 100% polyester, with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is in shades of blue, specifically a light blue with Cyan: 36, Magenta: 7, Yellow: 10, and Black: 0 ink. This secondary color is characterized by having a fresh and relaxing hue, evoking the sea and the sky. It combines well with neutral tones such as white and black, or other shades of blue and green that evoke nature.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with a solid color on one side only, using digital textile printing. This means that it is not dyed but rather the ink has been printed on one side. The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft and smooth texture to the touch. Likewise, the fabric is resistant and durable, suitable for use both in the home and in sportswear or accessories.
On the other hand, its application and use extend to different areas. In the home, it is suitable for making bath towels, kitchen towels, and other everyday textile accessories. It is also ideal for making bathrobes and sports swimwear, as its soft and absorbent texture makes them perfect for this purpose.
It is important to consider that this type of fabric requires certain care for its maintenance and durability. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not dry clean or iron it. Likewise, it is not recommended to tumble dry the fabric.
Regarding the printing technology used in its manufacturing, sublimation on polyester is employed. This process involves transferring ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. Sublimation is a high-quality printing technique that allows for great precision in details and a durable fixation of colors on the fabric.
