The base fabric is Microfiber for Towel - Swing, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed is a Denim Blue obtained with inks containing: Cyan 45%, Magenta 9%, Yellow 5%, and Black 0%, i.e., CMYK 45 9 5 0. This color is ideal for combining with neutral tones such as beige, gray, or white, as well as for complementing with other colors such as yellow, orange, or red.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is a fabric printed on one side, without being dyed. The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it has a soft and smooth texture to the touch. As for the printed color, it is resistant to fading and retains its intensity even after many washes. This is due to sublimation printing technology, which produces vibrant and precise colors.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, its use in the home for bathroom towels or kitchen cloths, and in sports for bath towels or bathrobes, stands out. Additionally, its high wear resistance and softness make it ideal for use in any environment that requires durable and comfortable fabrics, such as in hotels or spas.
It is important to note that the base fabric must be treated with care to avoid premature deterioration. We recommend not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not dry cleaning, not ironing, and not tumble drying. This ensures its maximum durability and preservation.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves printing the design on special paper and then transferring the printed ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for the creation of precise and vibrant designs, with durable colors and resistance to fading. Sublimation is commonly used in the production of textile items, particularly for complex designs or those with multiple colors.
