The base fabric is Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, a weight of 145 gr/m2, a width of 145 cm, and certified as sustainable by GRS. The solid printed color is Dark Purple, with a CMYK of 66 87 22 9. This color conveys elegance and sobriety, and combines well with lighter tones such as gray or white, as well as with more vibrant tones such as pink. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft and smooth texture, which makes it especially suitable for sportswear and swimwear such as shorts, shirts, and swimsuits. In addition, being a recycled fabric, its production is more sustainable than that of other fabrics. As for the solid printed color, its dark and warm tone makes it appropriate for winter garments or more formal style garments.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, sportswear such as t-shirts, leggings, or tracksuits can be created, as well as swimwear or shorts thanks to its water resistance. In more formal style garments, it can be used in shirts and blouses thanks to its soft and smooth texture.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cold temperature, and not to tumble dry to maintain its properties and avoid damaging the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows printing photographic quality images on the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This process ensures that the printed color does not peel off or fade with time and use.
