Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is a dark carnation pink with a CMYK value of 26 100 13 3. This color is vibrant and fresh, perfect for sportswear or swimwear. It combines very well with shades of green or yellow to create attractive and eye-catching designs. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, achieving great quality and definition in the printed image.

The characteristics of the base fabric are soft and smooth to the touch, creating a pleasant texture in contact with the skin. As for the printed color, it is resistant to fading and maintains its intensity despite frequent washing.

The applications and uses of this fabric are very diverse, from sportswear to swimsuits and shorts. Being a sustainable fabric, created from recycled polyester, its environmental impact is lower than other options. In addition, GRS certification reaffirms this commitment.

Regarding fabric care, we recommend washing at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC, do not bleach, iron at a cool temperature and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the image is printed on transfer paper and transferred to the fabric using a heat press. This allows for high definition and precision in printing, as well as the possibility of creating complex designs in full color.
