Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric used is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer. Its weight is 145 gr/m2 and its width is 145 cm. The printed base color of the fabric is a deep rose-mauve tone, which is obtained through the following ink proportions: 16 cyan, 53 magenta, 5 yellow, and 0 black, with a CMYK color model combination of 16 53 5 0.

This secondary color is a fresh and vibrant tone with a mix between pink and purple. It can be combined with other similar shades such as pale pink, lilac, or fuchsia, but also with more neutral tones such as white, beige, or gray. The fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures durability and quality of the print.

Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its soft texture to the touch and its simplicity as a plain fabric. On the other hand, the fabric is ideal for making sportswear for any season of the year, such as shorts, sports shirts, and swimwear for men, women, and children. As it is a sustainable fabric, the environmental impact is lower.

It is important to consider the care of the fabric, as for cleaning it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cold temperature, and not tumble dry. In this way, the quality and durability of the fabric are ensured.

Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation, in which the ink is transferred to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure. Thanks to this technique, very high color and detail fidelity is obtained, making the quality of the product superior.
