The base fabric is the Sport Recycled Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is a plum Pastel Red, with a CMYK of 32 100 62 45, which gives it a deep and vibrant tone. This second color is characterized by being an intense tone, with a mixture of red and purple hues that make it very attractive. It combines especially well with neutral tones such as white or black, but also with brown or green tones.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality in color and image reproduction. It is also important to note that this fabric is not a dyed fabric, as the color is added only to the surface of the fabric, and not to its interior.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it has a very soft and smooth texture, with a pleasant feel to the touch with the skin. In addition, its composition and weight make it very resistant and durable, perfect for making sportswear or swimwear. In terms of its applicability, it can be used in garments such as shorts or sports shirts for women, men or children. It is a timeless and sustainable fabric, with GRS certification.
It is important to take certain precautions when washing this fabric, such as using cold water and a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not bleaching, not tumble drying and always ironing at low temperature to avoid damaging the quality of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which guarantees high quality in the reproduction of images and colors. The technique consists of first printing the image on transparent paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This guarantees a durable fixation of the color on the surface of the fabric and a high resistance to wear and washing.
