Description

The base fabric is the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, mainly composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is light orange with a CMYK of 9 26 47 1. This color is characterized by being a cheerful and lively tone that transmits energy and optimism. Combined with other colors, it can generate a wide range of sensations, but in particular, it is common to use it with blue, green, and pink tones.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its soft texture and feel, which makes it ideal for sportswear, swimwear, and Bermuda shorts, as well as shirts for men, women, and children. In addition, it is a sustainable and recycled fabric, which makes it an environmentally friendly option.

Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important not to use bleach and not to iron at high temperatures. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C and avoid tumble drying.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring images by applying heat and pressure. When heat and pressure are applied to a specialized ink, it becomes gas and penetrates the fabric fiber, generating a resistant and durable print. Sublimation is a widely used technique in the textile industry, especially for digital prints on sports fabrics.
