The base fabric, Recycled Polyester Sport - Basic, has a composition of 93% POLYESTER and 7% ELASTOMER with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is a light orange tone with a CMYK of 9 22 73 1. This secondary color symbolizes happiness, energy, and creativity, and combines especially well with green and brown tones. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and smooth texture. In addition, it has GRS certification and is a sustainable and recycled fabric, suitable for use in sportswear, swimwear, and bermudas. It is also suitable for making shirts for women, men, and children.

Regarding its care, the fabric should not be bleached and should not be tumble dried. The maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, and it is recommended to iron it at a cold temperature for optimal care.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves transferring color from paper to fabric using heat and pressure, allowing the ink to turn into gas and be absorbed by the fabric fibers.
