Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is GRS certified and sustainable due to its recycled material. The solid printed color is a striking Deep Yellow with a CMYK content of 13 25 96 2, which means that yellow and magenta colors predominate in the mixture. This secondary color has a great personality and conveys professionalism, energy, and optimism. It is perfect for use mainly in sportswear, combining it in a balanced way with colors such as white and black to achieve a more striking contrast.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric has the print. The base fabric is soft to the touch and smooth in texture, making it ideal for use in sportswear, swimwear, and mens, womens, and childrens shorts. Likewise, the solid color presents excellent print quality and great durability over time.

Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its resistance and flexibility stand out, allowing a perfect adaptation to the body. Also, this type of fabric is breathable, which favors the expulsion of sweat and protects from humidity. As for the solid printed color, in addition to being lively and energetic, it is durable and resistant to washing, retaining its original intensity and brightness.

Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is necessary to avoid bleaching and wash with water no warmer than 40ºC. It is preferable to iron at a cold temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, by which a direct print is made on the recycled polyester fabric, using special inks that are fixed to the fabric by heat. This process allows for high print quality, great sharpness, and great durability of the printed color over time.
